Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST may not be processed until the following business day. Please also keep in mind that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
EXPECTED DELIVERY DATES:
Shipments are dispatched from our Santa Ana, California warehouse and all orders are delivered via Fedex or USPS. Transit time is typically 3-5 business days, though this may vary based on your location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur in transit. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will be sure to contact you directly.

NONSTANDARD SHIPMENTS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Fresh Whisker currently ships only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. In addition, we cannot dispatch shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
SHIPMENT NOTIFICATIONS:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Within 24 hours, the number will be active so that you can easily track your shipment and delivery.
TAXES & FEES:
Additional taxes or fees might be applied to your order during or after shipment. Fresh Whisker is not responsible for any extra costs.
DAMAGES OR LOST ITEMS:
It is our hope that your product will arrive in the beautiful condition it was originally shipped in. However, Fresh Whisker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, as that is a result of the shipment carrier. If you received your order damaged in any way, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all original packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
